- Cut the pumpkin into small pieces and boil with some salt.
- In a mixer jar add in all the items under "To make Paste" and grind them to a fine paste by adding some water.
- Take the cup of curd in a bowl and beat it smooth with enough water to make Buttermilk.
- In a pan, Heat a tbsp of oil and all the items under "To Tamper" and saute for a minute.
- 5. Now add in the grounded coconut paste and saute for a minute.
- 6. Add in the boiled pumpkin pieces and the curd mixture. Switch off the stove immediately after one boil.
- 7. Serve hot with Rice and Enjoy
